Developer Diary 4: Creating The Most Beautiful Reading Experience A mind-blowing reading experience. Well, at least for translation industry.

Less than 1 minute, my friend!

Reading Experience. The Open Mic Style.

Reading experience.

This was probably the first thing on my road map. The first and the most important thing.

Those were my first thoughts.

Visual clarity. Great typography. Zero clutter.

Forget about those stupid sidebars and subscription forms.

There are no such things in books.

Just you, the author and a captivating story. This is what I call: “The Open Mic Style”.

Even the menu (which is pretty powerful and loaded with functions, but that’s a topic for a separate diary) is hidden.

Nothing will bother you.

Nothing will stop you from reading and having the most enjoyable reading experience in this industry.

And it’s responsive too! As a matter of fact, The Open Mic looks even sexier on iPad.
