We’re really sorry to hear that you’re having problems updating your profile.
We’ve tried to make the profile editing experience as simple as possible, but sometimes you might have some problems.
If you’re updating your profile and nothing changes here’s what you can do:
- Clear your browser cache and try updating your profile again.
- If this doesn’t help you might try using different browser. Some of our members say that everything works in Internet Explorer.
- If you’re still having troubles try editing your profile step by step. For example, complete information in Step 1 and then scroll all the way down and click the Update Profile button. Do you see any changes? If yes, go back to profile editor and complete information in Step 2. Save again. Make sure the changes are reflected in your profile. Repeat this until all relevant fields are displayed in your profile or until you encounter a section that causes problems and doesn’t want to save correctly.
Most of the time the step by step approach works for the majority of our members and they manage to complete their profiles without any problems.
