Less than 1 minute, my friend!
Translation Conferences are great opportunities to learn, to network and to have fun. They also offer a chance to visit other countries and to meet colleagues and other industry professionals. Translation conferences are therefore very rewarding.
After the highly successful overviews of translation conferences in 2016 and 2017 I present the translation conferences 2018 overview, ordered by month.
Due to some limitations this overview can be found at https://www.vertaalt.nu/blog/translation-conferences-2018/.

Thanks for sharing it here as well, Pieter! I think we really need to build some sort of calendar here, on The Open Mic, so that people could easily find all sorts of events that could be of interest to them.
Hi Dmitry,
Thanks for your comments. I am using the Visual Composer plugin and some extensions, but that requires some knowledge which many people do not have. I can post a screenshot but that is missing the interactivity that is built into my overview.
Perhaps we can join forces somehow?
Yeah, Visual Composer probably not going to play well with The Open Mic (we already have too many plugins and I do my best to keep everything tight and clean and only use plugins we actually need to successfully run and manage the platform).
However I was looking into some options to create a side-wide calendar on The Open Mic and allow users submit their events to that calendar (events could include conferences, meetups, CPD, etc).
Is this something worth adding? What do you think?
Thank you for sharing Pieter.
