I am a translator ENGLISH-SPANISH. Native Spanish, living in Spain since 2015 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Newport University, USA. I also have a Translation Degree by the UNIMET, Venezuela, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Management by Universidad Simon Bolivar, Venezuela. I worked for Motorola in the Human Resources area for 18 years during which I kept moving to increasingly complex roles until I left in 2011 as the Regional Rewards Director for the Latina America Region. During my 18 years of working in an American multinational company in a role responsible for the region of Latin America, I acquired not only the expertise in areas such as Business Administration, Management, Human Capital, Leadership, Talent & Retention, Engagement, Rewards, Change Management, Organizational Development, etc, but also the full domain of the terminology in my pair of languages. Having a bachelor degree in modern languages - English-Spanish translation, was a plus in my regional role in a completely bilingual work environment.
