A few things about me

Every project is different and I'm afraid there is no such thing as a "one-fits-all" translation rate. There are literally dozens of factors that affect translation rates: the complexity of your source text, file format (hand-written and non-editable electronic documents tend to be much more expensive), how fast you want it back, your budget expectations, etc. Please, contact me and I'll be happy to give you an exact quote.

My education
My biography and experience
In 2007 I got a BA Degree with honours in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation Sciences (written and oral translation) and in 2010 a MA Specialist Degree with honours in Conference Interpreting (simultaneous and consecutive) at the Interpreting and Translation Faculty of Libera Università degli Studi San Pio V (now UNINT) in Rome. I have studied and worked mostly in Italy and I have improved the conference interpreting techniques in Munich at the “Sprachen&Dolmetscher Institut” interpreting school. In my education and work experience I have had the possibility of coming into contact with different cultures and work realities, standing out as a reliable, meticulous, flexible and serious professional. Since 2010 I have worked as an interpreter, translator, transcriber, tour guide and language teacher for various clients: private individuals, companies, interpreting and translation agencies, academies, educational centres, international trade fairs, public bodies, cooperatives, organisations, cultural associations and religious congregations. Moreover, I studied the respeaking technique for producing real-time subtitles, starting from my graduation thesis on the relationship between the interpreter and new technologies and then attending respeaking courses for real-time subtitling for deaf people. Since 2013 I have been a member (now board member) of the International Association of Respeaking OnA.I.R. and I currently coordinate its activities in German language.
