I am a freelance translator working from home on language pair English <--> Polish, being a Polish native speaker. As a translator I have worked on games and app localization and IT projects, marketing content and banking contracts, as well as on subtitles. Currently, besides working as a translator, together with my husband we are working on our first game. It's very exciting for us both. Previously I held a position of a Quality Lead in Lionbridge Poland, where I was responsible for quality of translators’ work and served as a point of contact for the international client. I held regular calls both with the translators and the client, discussing improvement plans, current issues and many other things. I was responsible for choosing a lead translator for a translators group. Before that I was a Junior Language Lead and my job was to ensure the quality of translations.
