My rates
Every project is different and I'm afraid there is no such thing as a "one-fits-all" translation rate. There are literally dozens of factors that affect translation rates: the complexity of your source text, file format (hand-written and non-editable electronic documents tend to be much more expensive), how fast you want it back, your budget expectations, etc. Please, contact me and I'll be happy to give you an exact quote.

My biography and experience
Born in Croatia to a multi-lingual family, I grew up speaking Croatian, Italian, and Slovenian. 12 years resident in Sweden, where I got a PhD degree in material physics. I am specialist in material science and physics, with more than fifteen years of experience working in R&D inside universities, research institutes, and industry, always in international and multilingual environments, where I also got experience in translating. To this adds my wide practice in teaching in higher education in multiple languages.
Presently I work also as a course leader for Swedish, Italian, and Slovenian languages.
As a freelance translator I combine my primary profession of a material scientist with languages and linguistics, which is my other professional interest. I am offering technical and scientific translations of highest quality.
For my translation and proof-reading services I specialise primarily in the following areas:
