I'm a professional English-Brazilian Portuguese translator, conference interpreter and content writer from Rio de Janeiro with over 5 years of experience in corporate communications, IT, marketing, tourism, human resources and management. I'm the creator of Pronoia Tradutória, a blog conceived to shed light on the daily routine of contemporary translators and their practical challenges in Brazil. I also blog about how does it feel to be a woman solopreneur, encouraging fellow colleagues to embrace the profession as an act of self-discovery and empowerment. I'm also a coworking evangelist: I love spreading the word about new and untraditional ways of working in the quest for the so-called work-life balance.
