Every project is different and I'm afraid there is no such thing as a "one-fits-all" translation rate. There are literally dozens of factors that affect translation rates:
- Complexity of your source text. Example: Nuclear document is more expensive than local administration document.
- Importance. Example: My rate for The Central Bank is more expensive than for an elementary school in remote area.
- File format. Example: Hand-written document and rare file format is more expensive than common file formats (doc, docx, xls, xlsx)
- Deadline. Example: Tight deadline is more expensive than normal deadline.
