TM-Town is a resource where translators can store their professional files. However, I treat the confidentiality of my clients very seriously, so I choose the files I upload very carefully. That means that this badge here is just a nice-looking link to my TM-Town account and in no way does it represent my actual experience.
Every project is different and I'm afraid there is no such thing as a "one-fits-all" translation rate. There are literally dozens of factors that affect translation rates: the complexity of your source text, file format (hand-written and non-editable electronic documents tend to be much more expensive), how fast you want it back, your budget expectations, etc. Please, contact me and I'll be happy to give you an exact quote.

My biography and experience
My name is Dmytro Nehrii. I am a professional English to Ukrainian/Russian translator, native both in Russian and Ukrainian. I am a resident of Ukraine and I like to travel occasionally between different parts of this beautiful country, where both Ukrainian and Russian are spoken in different regions. I've been working as a freelance translator since 2009, full-time since 2011. Languages have always been of a great interest to me. So I got my education in Translation at Pryazovskyi (or simply Pre-Azov) State Technical University of Mariupol, my home town in Ukraine. Having received my Bachelor's Degree, I had no intention to stop and took another year of additional courses to get a Specialist's degree at the same educational institution (which is fairly equal to a Master's degree but has a different name due to the reforms that were going on at the time). Throughout my career I've translated various marketing and advertising materials, as well as manuals, leaflets, contracts, software, websites, etc. My main specialization is marketing translations, so yes, I will make sure your message will be heard in Ukrainian or Russian. I developed a strong interest in this major field ever since being a part of the PR and Branding department of the local AIESEC committee in my student years. I actually enjoy reading literature on marketing (I also like fiction, sci-fi, fantasy and books on psychology, esoteric practices and new-age philosophy). Since I've touched the topic of my interest, I should also mention my passion, which is music. I used to play drums in a local band when I was a little younger. But I never lost interest in it, and probably that's why I translated a fiction book called Guitargasm! by a Canadian author Nolan Whyte from English into Russian.
