My biography and experience
30-year experience as linguistic mediator, serving the Italian Government in Italy and abroad for 20 years and freelancing since 2007. 3+ year in-house translator at the Social Security International Department in Rome. 3-year official translator of the Italian Embassy in Brasília (Brazil). Currently freelancing for direct clients, translation agencies and companies.
I like thinking that I help people connect by offering custom-designed services in order to overcome linguistic and cultural barriers. How do I do that?
- I write and edit in Italian and Brazilian Portuguese.
- I translate in the following language combinations: Italian<>Brazilian Portugues; Italian>English; English> Brazilian Portuguese.
- I teach Italian as foreign language and run translation workshops.
