A few things about me
Every project is different and I'm afraid there is no such thing as a "one-fits-all" translation rate. There are literally dozens of factors that affect translation rates: the complexity of your source text, file format (hand-written and non-editable electronic documents tend to be much more expensive), how fast you want it back, your budget expectations, etc. Please, contact me and I'll be happy to give you an exact quote. My average rate for translations is 0.08 USD per source word. For proofeading, it is 0.02 USD per source word on average. For transcription, it is 1.50 USD per audio minute on average. Translation rates depend on the type, topic and complexity of the text and also, the file format.

My biography and experience
After graduating from university, I worked as a freelance translator for more than 12 years. I have extensive experience in translating TV shows and documentaries from English into Hungarian and from Romanian into Hungarian. I have translated more than 1,000 TV shows, in the following topics: extreme sports, fishing, hunting, nature, animals, plants and other interesting areas. I am interested in translating various documents in many topics, from English into Hungarian and from Romanian into Hungarian.
