My rates

0.07 USD per source word
From 46 to 55 USD

Every project is different and I'm afraid there is no such thing as a "one-fits-all" translation rate. There are literally dozens of factors that affect translation rates: the complexity of your source text, file format (hand-written and non-editable electronic documents tend to be much more expensive), how fast you want it back, your budget expectations, etc. Please, contact me and I'll be happy to give you an exact quote.

My biography and experience

I am a graduate from the Autonomous University of Madrid with a degree in Interpreting and Translation, with my source languages being English and French, and my target languages being Spanish and Galician.

With more than two years of professional experience in translation, I specialise in the translation of scientific topics, with a focus on environment, space and biology. I work as the main translator for all contents on National Geographic website in Spain. I translate articles, and I also have experience in subtitling and transcribing videos. I am also studying a Masters in Audiovisual Translation at the University of Barcelona.

As an interpreter, I have worked using a variety of techniques including simultaneous, consecutive and whispered. Among some of my proudest work has been the After project and the Mupyme project, both funded by the European Union.
