My biography and experience
Hello! You need an accurate, stylistically correct Legal or Marketing translation? Nice to meet you, I am Maria!
Passionate EN-RU and FR-RU translator since 2003, specializing primarily in Legal and Marketing translation.
In 2003-2011 worked as a staff translator in different companies (among one of them was the biggest company in the pulp and paper industry in Russia). In 2011 chose to be a full-time freelance translator.
My perfectionist side always strives me to continuously develop, enhance and polish my translation skills by taking eCPD courses that cover my areas of specialisms.
Apart of translation I am also a happy mum of a 4 year old daughter who loves foreign languages, travelling, reading, history and French châteaux. I am also a big fan of running, since it gives me 40 minutes of concentration every morning.
