My biography and experience
I worked as an ESL teacher in California and later as a translator for the German Court of Auditors and the European Institutions. I translated audit reports, legal acts, draft treaties and meeting reports for ministers and heads of state and government. I also worked as a lawyer linguist revising translations from a legal point of view. While working full time I studied law in Belgium and obtained my master's degree in Belgian and European Law in 2005. I then took up a job in public procurement - again within the European Institutions. References are available on request.
