Every project is different and I'm afraid there is no such thing as a "one-fits-all" translation rate. There are literally dozens of factors that affect translation rates: the complexity of your source text, file format (hand-written and non-editable electronic documents tend to be much more expensive), how fast you want it back, your budget expectations, etc. Please, contact me and I'll be happy to give you an exact quote.

My biography and experience

Hi! Let me first begin by saying that I do NOT offer REGRETS. A master's graduate in Arabic and English, and a native speaker of Urdu/Gujarati, I have been in the business for around three years now. Progressing from being an on-and-off translator mostly translating religious Arabic/Urdu text into English, I have now entered the foray of translating Journalistic, Legal and Political material primarily pertaining to Middle-Eastern politics and more specifically, regarding Human Rights issues. I currently teach Arabic at university to English language speakers in India and pursue formal translation studies. I also work as a freelance translator for a couple of Human Rights organizations and am affiliated with a few translation agencies mostly based in the UK. I have previously worked as a localization and translation expert in a local organization called Dawat-e-Hadiyah which is headquartered in Mumbai, India. I am normally available from 3pm-11pm IST. Looking forward to enjoying my time here at The OM! Regards, Taha
