I am a research doctor in Slavic studies and Ural-Altaic philology.

  Native languages: Italian and Russian. I've been working as a freelance translator since 2004, therefore I can deem myself quite skilled in such a field.

  Being a highly responsible and qualified linguist, I firmly believe that any translated text has to flow and fit the culture of the language as well as the target audience it is written and translated for. Despite the initial humanistic background, over the years of my activity as a freelancer I have developed a profound competence in other fields (finance, technology, e-commerce, medicine, legal and bureaucratic sector).

  Apart from that, I am a profound connoisseur of the Latin language. The boundless love for Latin is a passion that I have been cultivating since I was 13 years old and, perhaps, it also exceeds my love for Russian culture -provided that such a thing is possible...
