Hi, I'm Kathryn, and I'm a translator from the U.K. moving to the magical sunny island of Ibiza next year (2023). I've always been fixated on words and how they are used in both intra- and intercultural communication. I'm also obsessed with a good book and travelling.
Due to my infatuation with my language pairs, I am self-taught in both French and Spanish, which I accomplished whilst making a career change. From there, I then dived into formal education with my BA in Modern Languages and my MA in Translation Studies.
This required sheer grit and determination and is the stance I take for any translation work I'm commissioned with. Hire me if you require a translation that is worked on passionately and meticulously to ensure the message of the original text remains intact when transferred to another culture.
