Every project is different and I'm afraid there is no such thing as a "one-fits-all" translation rate. There are literally dozens of factors that affect translation rates: the complexity of your source text, file format (hand-written and non-editable electronic documents tend to be much more expensive), how fast you want it back, your budget expectations, etc. Please, contact me and I'll be happy to give you an exact quote.

My biography and experience

I spent six years in the U.S. Air Force as a Cryptologic Linguist in Honolulu, Hawaii. During this time, I worked not only as a linguist, but also a mission manager and language training coordinator, and I have ample experience with team coordination and the data collection process. I ensured daily operations went smoothly and really enjoyed collaborating with other departments on managing and reaching objectives. I am a certified a Microsoft Office 2013 specialist and have robust writing and communication skills from my briefing and report writing experience while in the military. After separating from the military in 2014, I moved to Taipei, Taiwan, to pursue a Master’s Degree in international relations and communications. I worked as a translator, reporter, and English teacher, where I researched, wrote, and translated for a variety of clients. I worked closely with NPOs in Taiwan in researching human trafficking and crafted my thesis surrounding the marginalization of migrant workers in Taiwanese society. I learned creative troubleshooting techniques for multi-faceted issues and how to work under pressure in both my time in the U.S. Air Force and in Taiwan
