Well, i have worked in the communication field for the last 20 years, mostly in public relations and press relations, for several organizations and companies such the Montreal Stock Exchange and National Film Board. I was a project director for a PR firm for 13 years, overseeing the preparation of PR campaigns from ideation to completion. During that time i was outsourcing a lot of translation work to freelance translators. That's when I understood and started to be fascinated with translation. In 2013, I went back to school and completed the first certificate in translation at Université de Montréal. Now halfway thru the second, i love it even more.
