On Taking Care of Yourself

Less than 1 minute, my friend!

I love my job and tend to work more, rather than less. Not because I have to, but because it’s something I enjoy (probably, not all aspects of my work, but most of them).

However, it’s important to take breaks and spend time away from the computer. Otherwise it might affect health, and let’s face it: health is our most important asset.

There’s one thing I do every day: I go for one or two long walks with my dog. Another thing that I know is good for me is yoga.

What do you do to take care of yourselves?

    1. Get a dog! I’m only half kidding. My dog takes me out for a walk 2-3 times a day whatever my workload or the weather is. 🙂

I feel it’s not enough, though. I should be more consistent with other forms of exercise as well.

  1. I’m an indoor person who really enjoys the coziness of home, especially when it is cold outside. Lately, I can’t stop thinking about getting a treadmill desk. Does somebody here has one already and could comment on that?
